Paflex established in 2014 with the insulation industry having become a manufacturer, one that would serve Turkey's need.
We are manufacturing elastomeric rubber foam for HVAC insulation as Paflex Rubber. Paflex is located in Asia side of Istanbul, Tuzla Leather Industrial Zone which has 10.000m2 area where the latest technology is used with more than 100 employees.
PA-FLEX’s products are; rubber sheet and pipe ( with or without alufoil, self adhesive) , rubber tapes , pvc and aluminium foil tapes and also adhesive. We are exporting our products 30 different countries and more than 100 customers . Also PA-FLEX has dealers and sellers in Turkey’s every point.

Elastomeric Rubber based thermal insulation material that has closed porosity and even cell structure. It can be manufactured in the forms of sheet and pipe in different size and with different technical properties and varied facing materials according to the intented use and the place of use. It is used for thermal insulation and condensation control.
Elastomeric rubber sheets are resistant to humidity and steam as well as bear resistance characteristic against UV rays, weather conditıons and oil. These sheets allow the ease of installation and use with high flexibility obstruct fungus and mold on it. Both rubber sheets and pipes are resistant to fire. In case of fire it obstruct flames to progress both vertical and horizontal directıons.
In heating and cooling systems, ventilation ducts, industrial processes, all constructıon applications elastomeric rubber foam sheet and pipe insulations are used. Elastomeric rubber insulations are rubber based and have closed spongy cell structure and produced in sheet and pipes. Rubber sheets are also used for automotive and white household goods. Rubber pipes are used for heating, cooling and air condition systems.
Also we supply rubber tapes, aluminium foil reinforced tapes, pvc tapes and adhesive as a complementary products. Alumınıum foıl tapes used for connection of self adhesive and alumfoil sheets. Rubber tapes are used for connection of rubber sheets without cover. PVC tapes are used for fixxing and connecting of rubber pipes. Adhesives are used for bonding rubber products to the metal surface.
Both sheet and pipes can be packed with carton box and nylon bags according to the needs and demands of the customers.
