•Dehumidifier Air Handling Unit power stations are packaged type air conditioner units designed to ensure the highest comfort conditions within the pool area and to eliminate high absolute humidity where necessary.

•As the Dehumidifier Air Handling Unit is built up with a cooling group, an electric control panel and programmable automatic control equipment, which do not require any additional control units, you can use as just ‘PLUG IN & PUSH THE BUTTON!’

• Body

In the body construction of Dehumidifier Air Handling Unit is manufacturing with extruded aluminum profiles and double-skinned 45 mm thick insulated panels. The exterior surfaces of the panels are made of RAL7047 painted sheet metal and the inner surfaces are made of RAL7047 electrostatic powder paint on galvanized sheet metal. Panels are connected to the profiles by means of snap-fasteners and double-component sealing seals are placed between the panel and the profile, thus providing the highest level of airtightness. Hinged doors are located on the cabin for easy maintenance of the components such as filter, heating and cooling coil, heat pipe and ventilator. Thanks to observation windows, visual inspection of the fans became very simple and easy. Depending on the customer requests or the size of the unit, it could be manufactured as modular casing.

• Fans

High efficiency EC fans are used in Dehumidifier Air Handling Unit. The EC fans are directly coupled to the motors, and the airflow can be controlled by means of the frequency convertor. On the suction side of the fans, there are probes which are used to measure the airflow. The differential pressure measured by means of this probe is converted by the DDC Control Panel and the fan speed can be controlled in parallel with the preloaded program.

• Filters

For process and reactive air intakes, G4 class panel filters are used in Dehumidifier Air Handling Unit as the standard. Panel filters in G4 class are produced in "V" format. Filters that are slidably mounted on the frame can be replaced by means of maintenance covers.
