FOUR-KITCHEN, developed for places with chimney problems, is produced modularly. Thanks to its modular structure, it can be divided into parts and can be positioned at different points where it will work. The Ecology Unit, which can be produced in the capacity range of 2100-30000 m3 / h depending on the exhaust flow and kitchen size, has a double-skin Eurovent approved panel structure of 50mm thickness. Inner skin is made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. In this way, it can be easily cleaned. With its Electrostatic Filter and UV-C Filter, it filters 99% of the odor and smoke in the exhaust air. It does not allow performance loss with the plug fan with EC / DC motor that can drive itself automatically according to filter pollution. Units produced in two different structures as with UV lamp (FOUR-KITCHEN UV) and without UV Lamp (FOUR-KITCHEN) are suitable for use in kitchens, hotels, hospitals, industrial facilities, business centers and offices.

It is possible to control the FOUR-KITCHEN unit with the automation system and it is designed to work in harmony with other units of DOGU HVAC. Automatic control panel is provided with the unit as standard. The unit uses a self-inverter, backward inclined bladed, high efficiency EC-DC plug fan.
