GAZORAM ​​burners are nozzle-mixed burners and are used in industrial directly-heated ovens and drying operations. These furnaces have generally balanced pressure in the combustion chamber and require burners with wide operating ranges. GAZORAM ​​burners have a simple operating logic and can be easily adapted to many applications with different mounting options. Besides, Gazoram burners operate at 21 mbar gas pressure.

Standard Equipments

• Electromagnetic safety and operating valve: It is an electromagnetic valve that ensures the fully safe operation of the burner.

• Servomotor air / fuel adjustment: Precise air-fuel adjustment is provided with mechanical valves operating proportionally.

• Control Relay: Provides safe combustion control.

• Gas Process: The gas processor located on the operating valve, by controlling the gas pressure, prevents problems that may occur due to pressure drops in the system.

• Air Process: Provides safety by controlling the presence of minimum combustion air required to ensure safe combustion.

• Ionization: Provides flame control for safe combustion.

• Manometer: Provides proper combustion settings and measurement of gas pressure.

• Global Gas Shut-Off Valve: Provides gas shut-off for safety and maintenance purposes.
