- Finned Tube
- Coils are important components for the efficient transfer of thermal energy. By using high quality materials in the manufacturing process, we produce coils optimised for different application areas. Our wide product range includes coils in various shapes and sizes, which allows us to offer solutions suitable for different industries.
- Coils are formed by winding tubes in a specific shape or arrangement. This winding arrangement increases the heat transfer surface, resulting in a more efficient energy exchange. These products are often used in cooling systems, evaporation processes and hot water heating systems. They are also frequently used in industrial processes, chemical reactions and energy recovery systems.
- Our manufacturing process includes rigorously designed quality control steps and ensures full compliance with international standards. Material selection, design and assembly stages are carefully carried out to ensure the highest efficiency and durability. Our coils are an excellent choice for applications with energy efficiency and long life expectancy.
- We strive to meet the needs of our customers in different industries by offering customised coil solutions. We work with our design and production team to achieve the best results in terms of efficiency, durability and high performance.

Spiral Finned Tube
Finned Tubes consist of thin fins wrapped on pipes to increase the heat transfer surface area. Finned Tubes play an effective role in providing heat transfer. The fins are wrapped in certain thickness, height and pitch according to the pipe diameter determined as a result of thermodynamic and mechanical calculations and the heat transfer surface requirement. Finned Tubes can be produced in various shapes and sizes, coated or uncoated, from various materials according to the needs. The types in our production and our production range are as follows.

Self Finned Tubes
Grooved Tube
Fluid types, heat transfer surface areas, fluid velocities and pressures play an important role in heat exchangers. In order to increase the heat transfer surface areas of the tubes and taking into account the flow rate inside the pipe, grooves are cut on the outer surface of the pipe. Grooving is the process of crushing the outer surface of the tube in the form of a spiral by means of special machines. In this way, the heat transfer surface area of the tube is increased by approximately 15%.
Crocheted Tube
Fluid types, heat transfer surface areas, fluid velocities and pressures play an important role in heat exchangers. In order to increase the heat transfer surface areas of the tubes, crochet is opened on the tube surface. Crochet is the process of crushing the outer surface of the tube in the form of a spiral by means of special machines and leaving a mark. Thanks to the groove formed on the inner and outer surface of the crocheted tubes, the turbulence required for the fluids inside and outside the tube is provided and accordingly, the capacity value is increased by approximately 5%-10% depending on the fluid properties and temperature values.
Rolling Tube
Fluid types, heat transfer surface areas, fluid velocities and pressures play an important role in heat exchangers. In order to increase the heat transfer surface areas of the tubes, fins are formed by rubbing on the tube. Rolling is the process of forming fins of certain thickness, height and pitch by rubbing the outer surface of the tube with special machines. In this way, the heat transfer surface of the tube is increased.
