Air Cooled Condenser

All range of Gemak Condensers, are suitable to work at external environmental conditions, have been designed to be used at air conditioning facilities with Freon Gassed Cooling.

» Horizantal Type (vertical air flow) – Vertical Type (horizantal air flow) can be produced; 3/8’’ Copper Tube (staggered) and to increase the heat transfer coefficient, corrugated fin is used in GMK Y/D Series Condensers.

» Fin Spacing; is in between 2,1 mm-2,5 mm.

» Casing; galvanized steel is used which is painted with electrostatic powder dye. Standard Colour is Ral 7035.

» Products are tested with Nitrogen Gas under 25 BAR pressure; will be delivered with low pressure Nitrogen.

» GMK Y/D Series Condensers are designed according to the fans diameters of Ø500mm, Ø630mm, 800mm. EBM or equivalent axial fans are used upon on request.

» Capacities of the catalogue is acceptable if +30°C ambient temperature, 45°C condensation Temperature (DT=15) and R404A as a fluid.
