Technical properties like heat and energy recovery, humidity transfer, efficiency, pressure drops, flow rates, freezing risk in winter conditions are calculated with a high precision software which is developed specially for this purpose in our company. In condensation types, exhaust air humidity condense on the fins surface in winter conditions. This situation may cause ice formation so freezing should be avoided to prevent decreasing in energy efficiency and damage in the heat exchanger. Even if the risk is less in sorption types, it should be considered.
  • As standard rotor internal length is 200 mm, wave height of corrugations are 1,7 mm and 2,1 mm. Upon request, products with different internal lenght (250 mm) and wave height (2,5 mm) can be manufactured.
