Air Handling Unit

For application areas such as hospitals (operation theater and clean room), pharmaceuticals factories, chemical production plants, food production factories etc.

Internal surfaces of hygenic air handling units is coated with stainless steel sheet. anti-bacterial silicone is applied to the bottom surface for water imperviousness. Base height is designed to cover all type of the syphon conditions.

For panel production material, the color of sheet metals at the outer part of units is RAL 9002.

Corner and omega parts connecting outer cage system are designed appropriate with the structure of profiles and strengtheners and manufactured out of heat-resistant glass-strengthened composite material.

Panels are manufactured in sandwich structure with double sides. Within panels, rock wool insulation material with 110 kg/m³ density is used as sound and heat insulation filling material. At connection points of panels and outer cage, impermeable tight seals with custom surface design, are used.
