High pressure
Two unidirectionally rotating fans are mounted in series to provide very high pressure in systems with complicated ducting.
EN 12101-3 certified
The AXC(F)-G axial fans have been performance tested in accordance with multiple standards on the Systemair or AMCA fan test rig and are certified for 400°C/120min smoke extraction.
The complete range is certified for installing inside or outside of the fire zone.
Application
The AXC(F)-G is an axial fan ideal for use in garages and other industrial applications and provides effective extraction in operating temperatures up to 55°C continuously and up to 400°C for 2 hours.
Performance
The fan can be configured to suit the individual operating point. Therefore, the pitch angle is adjusted in the factory. This provides a wide range of performance and high flexibility in the selection.
Suitable for use inside or outside the fire zone. Temperature of medium for continuous operation from -20°C up to 55°C.

Impeller:
Impellers with profiled blades made of cast aluminum alloy
Dynamically balanced according to ISO 21940-11 and ISO 14694, balancing quality G6,3.
Casing:
Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized sheet steel according to ISO 1461.
Pre-drilled, rolled Eurovent 1/2 flanges pressed on both sides.
Pre-wired terminal box on fan casing, IP65 (IEC 60034-5).
PV Version includes bolt-on outlet guide vanes.
Motor:
Motor suitable for 400°C/120min or 55°C continuous operation.
High efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors with squirrel cage rotor, directly in the air stream.
Protection class IP55 (IEC 60034-5), insulation class H.
The motors can be equipped with PTC thermistors for motor protection (on request).
Speed controllable via frequency converter.
