Working Principle
Pumped Expansion and Pressurization Unit ensures stable operation of the system by balancing the pressure changes in heating and cooling systems. When the water temperature rises, the expanding water is drawn from the system and stored in the expansion tank inside the unit; when the temperature drops, the missing water is pumped back into the installation with the help of a pump. In this way, the installation pressure is kept constant with a precision of ±0.1 bar, energy losses are prevented and the life of the equipment is extended.
