Complete Fire Sets including Electrical - Diesel - Jockey Pumps with separate controllers and with other additional required accessories such as valves, non-return valves, fuel tank etc..

Fire Sets are manufactured by using either End Suction or Split Case Type Pumps.

The set includes Electrical - Diesel - Jockey Pumps with seperate controllers and with other additional requirred accesories such as valves, non-return valves, fuel tank etc..

Main NFPA Requirements :

• Seperate controllers should be used for each pump.
• Pressure at zero flow should be less than 140 % of rated pressure
• Pressure at 150 % of rated capacity should not be less than 65 % of rated pressure
• Max. flow velocity in suction pipe should be below 3 m/s at rated capacity
• Service factor shall not exceed 1.15

Additional accessories for Fire Pump Sets :

• Valves at Suction/Discharge Side ( Either OS&Y or Butterfly Type depending on request)
• Non-Return Valve at Discharge Side
• Relief Valve
• Reducers at Suction and Discharge Sides if necessary as per NFPA 20
• Pressure gauges at suction and discharge
• Pressure Switches separate for each pump
• Fuel Tank, Pressure Tank
