Dry Cooler

Dry type closed circut water coolers are used for cooling the outside ar and process water. The water temperature obtained in dry coolers depends on the dry bulb temperature of the environment; The water cooled down to approxmately 5 ° C above the dry bulb temperature can be obtained. It can be in vertical, horizontal, sandwich and V-type construction depending on the area of use.

GENERAL FEATURES OF THE PRODUCTS;

• Coils are formed by arranging aluminum fins on a copper tube (H22).

• Products are manufactured with a pitch of 2,1mm and 2,5mm.

• Optmum circut s made by considering pressure losses.

• In order to avod cutting n the pipes, the mirror sheet materal is designed as aluminum or with a cover cap.

• Steel pipe is used as collector input and output material.

• Flange s used as a connection element.

• Electrostatic epoxy oven powder pant (RAL 9016) with increased UV protection and temperature resistance is used on the casing material.

• With its durable body design, no additonal construction is requred on the floor where it will be placed.

• Stanless multgrip pop rivets are used as fasteners in casing.

• For Ø500-Ø630 and Ø800 fan diameters, European orgin fans within the scope of IP-54 protection class are used.

• European orgin junction boxes with protection class IP 55 are used.

• Battery test pressure is 36 bars.

• Maxmum operating pressure is 28 bar.
