Air Handling Unit

Air Handling Units are manufactured as standard in 18 different sizes with flow rates between 1,500 m3 / h and 100,000 m3h upon request. Used in Shopping malls, hospitals, factories, cinemas, hotels, schools, restaurants, office etc. AHUs are used for ventilation, heating, cooling and humidification.

It is the carrier body that collects elements such as air handling unit cells, filters, fans, motors, coils, humidifiers, etc. and provides sound and heat insulation. The frame of the module cells of our air handling units is manufactured from natural anodized aluminum profile and corner elements. Cell panels are 50 mm thick, the outer wall is electrostatic powder painted, the inner wall is made of galvanized sheet metal (in hygienic-based devices, the inner wall sheet is made of 304 quality stainless sheet metal). As standard, service and intervention covers have rigid hinges with no gaps, air handling unit locks that do not protrude within the cell, have a compression feature that does not allow air leakage, and the covers have a double-walled rigid structure so that they do not rub against the carcass frames. Under the cells, there are chassis legs made of 3 mm thick galvanized sheet metal and 150 mm high. There are eye bolts at the corners of the chassis legs for transportation by crane and knife slots for transportation by forklift.
