Fully automatic with burning air fan and chimney fan inverter. Designed and manufactured according to Loyd rules, DIN & EN norms; optionally with loyd and Tuv hydraulic test certificate. The materials used in production are produced from DIN 17155 main sheet metal parts with orientation and quality certificates. Our furnace pipes in DIN 17175 - 2448 norm are seamless steel drawn high pressure special furnace pipes. design

MECHANICAL DUST COAL BURNER SPECIFICATIONS ( STOCKER )

Burning pump is water flowed.
As there are little number of moving parts in the system, break down probability is low. Burning appicacity is produced from special sheet iron which is tolarable to high temperature.

HEATERED PRIOR STOVED STEAM FURNACE

Especially designed for BRIQUET COAL FACILITIES and produces 240°C - 260°C temperatured steam and production is homogenoused.
In the same furnace, (while taking 240°C steam from heater) as for melas tank, roll pres etc.
Steam is taken at 170°C bar pressure from a different collector, enables to use different pressure and temperature steam.
