- Bellows Globe Valve
- Bellows sealed globe valves have enhanced outer sealing capability when compared to standard globe valves.
- Stainless steel bellow has to be broken in order to allow any external leakage. There is also a stuffing box as
- a secondary sealing around the valve spindle, which should eliminate leakage to atmosphere for a limited period.
- Design and modification rights are reserved
- Internal sealing of the valves achieved as same as in gland type globe valves. Metal plug sits over a metal seat.
- Fluids like thermal oils or any application where the external leakage to atmosphere should cause contamination
- and/or create severe risks on health and safety instructions, bellows sealed valves should be the best choice
- as an isolation valve

The Sealing System
A stainless steel piston enclosed by two resilient valve ring forms the sealing system. The sealing area is the surface of the piston. The upper valve ring ensures tightness against the atmosphere, while the lower valve ring provides sealing across to ports.
