Operating Room type Laminar Flow Units are used to provide the desired laminar flow on the operating room table and above, and to prevent microbes, bacteria and other particles from entering the area where they are located thanks to this laminar flow.
Unlike conventional laminar flow units, the filters are not grouped in the throat at the plenum entrance, but on the complete plenum exit surface, grouped parallel to the ceiling. In this way, by reducing the passage speed through the filter surface, the operating economy and the late pollution advantages brought by the decreasing fan power due to the minimizing the filter resistance and the lower operating pressure are obtained.
• On the underside of the Laminar Flow Unit there is a specially stretched silk cloth (laminator) that provides laminar flow.
• Laminator is of a partial type, and thanks to its special design, it enables pendant lamp connection in the middle part.
• In order to see the working and contamination status of HEPA filters, there are connection tips for differential manometer in filter boxes.
• Neoprene, cast or gel seal press options are available.
• For ease of transportation, the units are manufactured in modular form to be combined on the construction site.
• Since the plenum part is made of stainless steel, no treatment is performed for surface protection. Aluminum parts are natural anodized.
• Advantage over HPL model: lower operating cost due to lower starting pressure and later filter fouling time
