KUBUŞ YSBK SERIES, 3 PASS HALF CYLINDRICAL SOLID FUEL FIRED STEAM BOILER.
• Three-pass flame, smoke tube and high efficiency.
• Our steam boilers are manufactured according to 12953-1-2-3, and are used by steel drawing(seamless) piper and special boiler sheet.
• It has plenty of spare parts and continuous service.
• Made of thick and steel sheet, and heavy compared to other boilers.
• Boiler sheets are manufactured with minimum thickness of mirror sheet(sheets holding the pipes) 15 MM hell(fire ceiling sheet) 8-10 MM, liner sheet(exterior envelope sheet) 7-8 MM, boiler pipes 70/76-3.2 MM.
• It has been tested in 84% efficient TSE heat laboraties, and received the highest level 3*** efficiency test report.
• Cast iron heating boilers are cast grided. It is a piece type and only the old grill has the possibility to replace.
• In the manufacturing phase, 1.5 times the operation pressure is tested and safety control is done.
• Lowest heat loss with excellent insulation (8 cm glass wool).
• Our manufacturing has TSE Certificate and TSE Efficiency Test Report.
• It can be delivered as an optional package with all accessories.
