As catalog value wet bulb temperature is taken as 24 C, and dry bulb temperature is taken as 34 C( % 43.8 relative humidity). Water inlet andexittemperaturesaretaken as 34-29 C.

  • Body: Body is made of GALVALUM steel painted and furnace dried as standard, if customer required it can be manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel.
  • Supporting platform: Made from NPU profile. It is design to support additional transportation loads as well. Axial Fan: It is located at the top of the tower together with driving electrical motor. It could be one or more units depend on airflow requirements of the tower. Sound pressure levels of these fans are more than radial equivalents but price are much cheaper.
  • Filling material: In Order To İncrease Performance of cooling tower, air-water contact surface should be maximizing. Filling material helps to achieve this by increasing air turbulence and breaking down water particles. Film or splash type filling material can be used in our designs
  • Mist eliminators: In Order To Eliminate Liquid Water Particles To be carried by exhaust air mist eliminators are used at exhaust site. They're Made of PVC or GALVALUM steel plates. Standards profile is V profile, but if desired by customers M profile can also be used.
  • Water inlet/exit: standard connection screw type, flange connection can be used if required. Inlet of hot water to the tower trough holes on the inlet manifold. Spray Nozzle Systems can be added by customer request.
  • Water Feeding And Discharge Systems: standard connection screw type, flange connection can be used if required. Tower Circulation Pump And Piping: pump selected for standard conditions and pipe connections are given as a part of the system, if different operating conditions can be requested by the customer, systems can be adapted for requested conditions.
