• Jetpulse Filter
  • Jet-Pulse type dust retention filters are automatic systems designed for the extraction of dust, odor, and smoke from the environment via air extraction. The aspirator within the Jet-Filter draws in dusty air from installations at high pressures, directing it to the filter suction nozzle.
  • The dusty air is then processed through cartridge or bag filters, which are selected based on the type and flow rate of the material being absorbed. The filtered clean air is expelled from the outlet of the aspirator. Dirty dust-collecting bags are cleaned by valves that are controlled by an electronic timer, which blows air at 6-7 bar pressure.
  • This high pressure ensures that dust and particles contained in the filter bags are dislodged and fall into the bunker located at the bottom of the filter. This process allows reusable materials to be recovered from the bunker, while non-reusable materials are collected as waste.
