- Dust-laden air enters the cyclone tangentially at high speed through the cyclone inlet. The cyclone's construction induces a helical flow, directing particles with a higher density than the carrier medium towards the cyclone walls through centrifugal force. Due to the sudden change in velocity within the cyclone, the particles lose their inertia and are filtered through the cyclone walls, flowing down into the lower conical collection bunker. This system is used before the Jet Pulse Filter to collect large particles beneath the cyclone. Utilizing it before the Jet Filter significantly extends the lifespan of the filter materials. Various capacity combinations can also be achieved by connecting in parallel.
