Enamelled Accumulation Tank

RUSH enamel-coated storage (accumulation) tanks are designed to store heated water ready for use and to maintain its temperature without heat loss. In addition to domestic hot water storage, they are also used in industrial facilities where hot water is heavily consumed and in processes requiring heat storage.

The unit features thermostat inputs for temperature control. Based on the measured values from these inputs, the pump operation is regulated, ensuring optimal flow control. By adjusting the inlet temperature and pump speed according to the desired heating duration, maximum storage efficiency is achieved.

Thanks to the auxiliary electric heater connection on the tank, it is also possible to store and use water at higher temperatures.

RUSH enamel-coated storage (accumulation) tanks, available in 100 to 5000 liters, are designed to store pre-heated water efficiently and maintain temperature with minimal heat loss.

Manufactured with DIN 4753-3 compliant enamel coating, they ensure high corrosion resistance and water hygiene. Each tank is hydrostatically tested and designed for 10 bar operating pressure (optional 6–16 bar).

High-density polyurethane insulation minimizes energy losses, while thermostat and sensor inputs enable precise temperature and pump control. An auxiliary electric heater port allows for higher temperature operation.
