Single Coil Water Heater

Pressure vessels with an enamel-coated inner surface transfer the heat from a heating fluid coming from a single heat source to hygienic water inside the enamel-coated body using built-in heat exchangers (coils), producing hot and hygienic domestic water.

In RUSH single-coil water heaters, the heating fluid is typically hot water supplied from boilers or cascade systems. A closed circuit is created, and circulation is provided by a pump. Thermostat inputs on the device allow for temperature control. Based on measurements from these inputs, pump flow is regulated. Inlet temperature and pump speed are adjusted according to the targeted heating duration to ensure maximum efficiency. Thanks to the backup electric heater input on the device, higher temperatures can be reached more quickly.

Available in 100–3000 liters, each tank is made of high-quality enamel-coated steel and hydrostatically tested for a standard working pressure of 6 bar (optional 8–10 bar). A closed-loop pump system circulates the heating fluid, with thermostat inputs regulating pump operation for stable and efficient heating. Inlet temperature and pump speed can be adjusted for maximum performance. An auxiliary electric heater input allows faster heating and higher temperature operation.
