Cold Room Panel

Cold storages are essential to extend storage life of food and reduce the process temperature in food production.

Main components of a cold room are; walls, ceilings and floor panels, doors, evaporators, condensing units and control boards.

Panels are produced by 40 (±2) kg/m3 density polyurethane foam injection in between 2 groove pattern metal sheets without using anywooden material.

Lock system enables easy disassembly and reassembly.

Panel joints are covered with special hygienic profiles so that air contact is limited.

Floor panels are nonwettable and anti-sliding. Lamps inside the cold room are resistant to cold.

Standard panel width is 1130 mm and can be produced in 60mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm thickness.

Applications can be made by either Polyester coated steel, PVCsteel, plastisol steel, stainless steel (Cr-Ni) or galvanized steel sheets.
