The SML 1000 Self-Monitoring Low-Level Alarm increases the safety coefficient in the boiler rooms, providing safer and unattended boiler rooms. SML 1000 Self Monitoring High-Level Alarm System consists of SMK 1000 Level Alarm Controller and SMLD 1000 Low-Level Alarm Probe.
Vira SML 1000 System has automatic test function which is repeated periodically. The controller periodically and automatically tests the probe cables and internal circuits every 15 seconds. In addition, it can detect any soil leakage on the sensor due to scale, contamination, or internal humidity.
The SMK 1000 Self-Monitoring Level Alarm Controller minimizes the margin of error and increases safety with its 4 step relays. Vira SMK 1000 can be used for receiving the desired alarms with 2 relay outputs, for stopping the burner, stopping the pump and monitoring your plc or scada system. There is a 5-second delay between the two relay outputs. This delay helps provide flexibility to prioritize control in automation scenarios.
The SML 1000 system is manufactured in accordance with EN 12952/3 standard and suitable for 72 hours of unattended boiler operations.
