Blast Freezer

In shock-freezing rooms all sorts of products can be frozen very rapidly. The shock process which is a definition used for this type of quick-freezing, involves preliminary cooling of products to bring them to a temperature level close to freezing point and then placed inside these shock-freezing rooms which have ambient temperature levels of -35 / -40°C till the product’s own temperature is reduced to -20°C. And then the totally frozen product is transferred to frozen product preservation stores where it is kept waiting will their dispatch.
