Cold Room Door

Barlas Refrigeration Coldroom Doors are produced in two types, namely with hinged and sliding. The parts thar wear out the most in Coldrooms are the doors. Due to this, resistance becomes the main requirement. But besides resistance, easy use and lightness are two other factors that should not be neglected.

SLIDING DOORS

• Inner and Outer Surface :2 mm thick fiber-glass reinforced polyester FRP ,antibacterial, HACCP .
• PU Density :Minimum 44 kg/m³ polyurethane injection (R141B free) .Burn Class : B1 burning class defined in DIN4102 standard
• Wing Door : wing is monolithic and produced by 10 cm polyurethane injection .Gaskets Door: wing frame has two rails to insert rubber D profile gaskets
• Frame Door: frame made of heat transfer protected aluminum, reinforced with stainless steel
• Handles : Inner and outer door handles are made of stainless materials
• Rail Type : Door wing runs on an aluminum rail profile on top, and aluminum slipway on the wall ,When the door wing opens, it lifts itself up and gets away from the door frame
• Heater :Gaskets are heated for -10°C and below room temperatures.
