Cold Room Panel

Barlas Refrigeration produce high quality PUR panels with a lock system on its own factory.

Panel

• Fire resistance, filled with B1 type polyurethanes ,
• Exactly 42 Density . 0,55 mm sheet thickness (10% thicker )
• Corner panels to lock panels at the corner .T panel to lock three panel at a corner . inegal T panel to lock threee different thickness panel at a corner
• Narrow panel ,production of lockable panels from 13 cm up to 114 cm width ,Wide panel, production of lockable panels from 116 up to 127 cm width.
• Quad panel combinations can be locked with X Panel .Reverse Corner Panel to covering corner columns .All kinds of column covering can be made with Z Panels
• Lockable door case to a panel
• Lockable panel can be produced in every width up to 12 m length.
• Infrastructure for cable installation (Hidden cable application).
• No cutting or mowing during installation . No panel remain after installation and rooms can be fit for alllocation
• Bottom of a panel can be stainless steel, with Inox Hybrid Panel.

Floor Panel

• Upper surface anti-slip formed 2 mm thick fiber-glass reinforced polyester (FRP),
• Upper surface reinforced with 10 mm marine-plywood,
• Upper surface bond with polyurethane material to the marine-plywood,
• Bottom surface is painted-galvanized steel sheet,
• Minimum 42 kg/m³ polyurethane injection (R141B free),
• Excentric panel lock (pulls and locks panels to each other),
• Load capacity 3500 kg/m², Heat isolated blocks are placed in panel before injection.
• Upper surface can be produced stainless steel sheet (inox) or aluminum sheet.
