QUICKLINE AIR HANDLING UNITS

GENKA QuickLine air handling units are equipped with 60 mm staged panel and mail body is manufactured from steel structure. This structure provides an excellent robust construction providing confidence in worst transportation, installation conditions preventing any deformation on the construction.

Air handling units are designed to have upmost permformance levels by the GENKA R&D department and proved to have T2 –TB2 thermal values and superior technical and technological characteristics compared to competitors.

Air handling units are produced with standartly configured process chambers which are designed in 3D CAD softwares. In addition CNC machinery is used for panel processing in order to offer upmost reliability with highest level of precision and sensitivity interms of dimension.

Flexible and modular structure provides producing special combinations according to project requirements and as a result, ultimate solution is achieved which is meeting all the comfort and air-conditioning requirements of all types of buildings.

QUICKLINE-S / AL-LINE-S:

STANDARD TYPE AIR HANDLING UNITS

Air Handling units main body is constructed from aluminum profiles joined with glass reinforced nylon corners in AL-Line-S, whereas QuickLine-S is constructed from steel profiles joined with aluminum injection corners. Both range is equipped with aluminum air dampers and galvanized air outlet flanges. Panels are manufactured as double skin sheet steel filled with mineral wool for thermal and acousitical insulation. Interior is made from galvanized sheet steel and exterior is made from epoxy coated galvanized sheet steel.If desired panels can be insulated with polyurethane foam The fans are selected as highly efficient forward curved or backward curved, double inlet centrifugal type, by taking into consideration of pressure losses in the system. If desired, backward curved single inlet plug fans may be used with the option of EC motors.
