PACKAGED HYGIENIC A/C UNITS

GENKA GEN-HP line packaged hygienic air conditioners are designed and equipped with latest technological components in order to compensate the special requirements of surgery rooms and clean rooms. GEN-HP units are manufactured to bee used in places where sterile ventilation and air conditioning is required such as operation theatres, nurture production facilities, laboratories, chemistry,aerospace industries or similar.

The main important feature of Packaged Hygienic A/C units against the conventional hygienic air handling unit system is that the unit is completely compact, including the heating, cooling, humidifying, automation and refrigeration systems all in one unit. Necessary values to operate the system in the desired conditions are collected by the PLC system from automation equipment built inside the unit and provide a reliable operation.

GENKA GEN-HP series hygienic package A/C units include the refrigeration side compressors inside the main indoor unit. This feature provides maintenance and service applications to be carried in single equipment.

DIN 1946 Part:4 Compatibility:GEN-HP series packaged hygienic air conditioners has been designed to meet special requirements of DIN 1946 Part:4 standards.

DIN 1886 Compatibility:GEN-HP series packaged hygienic air conditioners has been designed to meet special sealing and insulation requirements of DIN 1886 standards.

UNIT STRUCTURE

Extruded aluminum profiles are connected with reinforced nylon corners to form the multi block structure. Panels are are of double skin type and filled with 45mm mineral wool with thermal conductivity of 0,035 ? Panels can be insulated with polyurethane foam on customer demand).

Inner skin of the panels are made from stainless steel and the outer skin of the panel is made from electrostatically powder painted steel (Inner skin of the panels can be constructed from epoxy coated steel on customer demand).

Panel surface leakages are prevented by special gasket material&system that prevents microbiological growth. Multiblock structure holds within the complete automation & electrical boards. All service and panels are equipped with sight access glasses.

If requested, the unit can be produced from steel profiles connected with aluminum injection corners with double skin panels of 60mm.
