Single Wall Chimney System

RTKN single wall chimney system is usually used for the exhausts of the appliances such as generators, co-generators and turbine; where high temperature and high positive pressure resistance are required, and for conveying the waste or process gases in the industrial plants working with fans. The system is single-walled and has a high thermal conductivity. It is manufactured with continuous TIG or PLASMA welding. The chimney connections are male-female tapered joints. This way, the modules are easily interlocked without the need for tightening with external clamps. The tapered joint yields leak-proofing of H2 class at 5000 Pa without the need of using silicone sealants. The chimney modules are manufactured in standard diameters between Ø80 mm to Ø700 mm.
