Double Wall Chimney System

RTKND double wall chimney system is usually used for the exhausts of the appliances such as generators, co-generators, and turbines, where high temperature and high positive pressure resistance are required, and for conveying the waste or process gases in the industrial plants working with fans. The system is single-walled and has a high thermal conductivity. It is manufactured with continuous TIG or PLASMA welding. The chimney connections are male-female tapered joints. This way, the modules are easily interlocked without the need for tightening with external clamps. The tapered joint yields leak-proofing of H2 class at 5000 Pa without the need of using silicone sealants. The chimney modules are manufactured in standard diameters between Ø80 mm to Ø700 mm.
