• It utilizes factory waste materials like wood, wood chips, MDF powder, and paper to produce cost-effective and safe energy (hot water, superheated water, hot oil, steam) with high mechanical durability and large combustion volumes.
• This boiler handles extremely moist chips efficiently thanks to its high alumina refractory-lined combustion chambers, which provide the necessary high temperatures and thermal radiation for effective combustion.
• Secondary air is supplied to the combustion chamber to ensure complete combustion and reduce CO (carbon monoxide) emissions.
• Large pieces of biomass can be manually loaded, while chips are fed into the combustion chamber via a stocking screw with adjustable feeding capacity controlled by a frequency inverter rotary valve.
• Chips are pulverized and transported into the combustion chamber, where cast grates and air nozzles enhance combustion efficiency by using fan-generated pressure to create optimal burning conditions.
