• Hot oil boilers are used to efficiently and safely provide heat energy at temperatures above 300°C, addressing the limitations and high costs associated with steam boilers operating at high pressures.

• Specially designed heat transfer oil in these boilers can be safely heated up to 300°C without degrading, reducing the need for high pressures and avoiding issues related to boiling points.

• The system pressure is limited to the pump pressure needed to overcome infrastructure resistance, and since the oil remains below its boiling point, it operates safely under atmospheric pressure.

• The heat transfer oil does not leave residues, corrode, or freeze under normal climates, eliminating the need for purification and allowing precise temperature management with automatic control valves.

• Hot oil boilers can achieve efficiencies comparable to steam boilers, with potential improvements by adding economizers or air heaters for heat recovery. Hot oil heat exchangers can also meet process steam needs. Heating surfaces are made from spirally bent pipes (EN 10216-2), ensuring efficient circulation without stagnant points.
