Cooling Compressor: 1 or 2 semi-hermetic compact screw compressors are used, depending on the capacity. Due to its structure, the screw compressor works without maintenance for a long time. Maintenance is easy and economical due to the few moving parts. Screw compressors are equipped with a discharge shut-off valve, check valve preventing the return of the fluid in the discharge line, oil level switch, oil sight glass, oil separator, filter, crankcase heater, capacity control solenoids, vibration wedges, motor protection relay and PTC sensors. The required mains voltage is 3 phase, 400 V, 50 Hz.

Condenser: Condensers manufactured in Shell & Tube type are produced by fixing special high efficiency copper pipes to steel mirror holes with a special process. Condensers are manufactured in accordance with EN 14276-1 and EN 13445 standards.

Evaporator: Direct expansion evaporators manufactured in Shell & Tube type are produced by fixing special high efficiency copper pipes to steel mirror holes with a special process. The detachable pipe bundle provides maintenance and cleaning. Evaporators manufactured in accordance with EN 14276-1 and EN 13445 standards are designed for cooling water and glycol solutions. The outer surface of the evaporators and the compressor suction lines are insulated by using insulation material of appropriate thickness.

Electrical Control Panel: It is designed according to IP54 protection class. It consists of two parts, the power and control sides, to ensure that the device operates fully automatically and safely. The panel is equipped with sufficient amount of contactors, thermic, fuses and switches. The panel of the device and the internal wiring of the device comply with the EN 60204-1 standard. Required mains voltage is 3 phase, 400 Volt, 50 Hz.

Microprocessor Control System: Thanks to the microprocessor control system used in the device, the water inlet and outlet temperatures, the gas pressures on the suction and discharge side, the overheating temperature in the evaporators, the operating times of the compressors, all the malfunctions that have occurred and all the malfunction records that have occurred in the past can be seen digitally on the screen and the capacity can be easily seen. control can be made. In addition, the operating times of each compressor are kept in balance automatically and the device is ensured to operate at optimum efficiency.
