WB / WK (HERMETIC) and WBS / WKS (SEMI HERMETIC) SERIES CONDENSING UNITS W/O COMPRESSOR

WB and WBS series high performance condensers are manufactured with copper tubes, corrugated aluminium fins which improve heat transfer coefficient.

Tubes

3/8" (thickness 0,35 mm) copper pipe, the mold geometry of WB / WBS series condensers is 25x22 astonishing, and the mold geometry of WK / WKS series condensers is produced with 32x28 astonishing and copper collector.

Fins

The Finler is manufactured from 0,12 mm thick wavy aluminum. WB / WBS series condensers can be made on the lamellar window surface depending on demand. The covers of these condensers are produced between 1,8 - 4 mm.

Casing

Manufactured from galvanized steel. RAL 9010 is painted with electrostatic powder paint. The only difference between the WBS / WKS (semi-hermetic) condensers and the WB / WK (hermetic) condensers is the longer side of the compressor group gap.

Test

All coils are tested with perssurized 24 - 28 bars, coils are provited with 3 bars nitrogen loaded in.

Fans

Condensers provided without fans. The special orders produced with Ø300 - Ø350 - Ø400 - Ø450 - Ø500mm diameter fans.
