BLAST FREEZERS

BA - BKS - BTM series high performance blast freezers are manufactured with copper tubes, corrugated aluminium fins which improve heat transfer coefficient.

Tubes

5/8" (thickness 0,40 mm) copper tubes designed as crosswise, geometry 55x48 manufuctured as staggared.

Fins

Fins has been manufactured corrgated 0,25 mm aluminium. Lamellar spacings are produced between 10 mm.

Casing

Manufactured from galvanized steel. The blast freezers RAL 9010 Electro-Static painted with powder coating.

Test

All coils are tested with pressurized 24 - 28 bars, coils are provited with 3 bars nitrogen loaded in.

Fans

Blast freezers provided without fans. The special orders produced with Ø630 - Ø800 mm diameter fans.
