- Our MB series monoblock products are manufactured with corrugated finer core which increases the copper tube heat transfer surface. At SC3 -25 °C Evaporation, +45 °C Calculated according to condensation conditions.
- Tubes
- The condenser is designed in a 25x22 mold geometry with a 3/8" (thickness 0,35 mm) copper pipe diameter and the evaporator is designed with a 40x35 copper pipe 1/2" (thickness 0,35 mm).
- Fins
- Fins 0,12 mm in Condenser, 0,20 mm thickness in Evaporator and 6 mm pitch in corrugated aluminum.
- Casing
- Manufactured from galvanized steel. RAL 9010 is painted with electrostatic powder paint.
- Test
- After manufacturing, all products are tested with 24 - 28 bar pressure and then pressurized with 3 bar nitrogen.
- Fans
- The fans used in this producet are Ø300 - Ø350 mm in diameter.
