- KBT - KB and KBS SERIES CABIN CONDENSERS UNITS W/O COMPRESSOR
- KB and KBS series high performance cabin condensers are manufactured with copper tubes, corrugated aluminium fins which improve heat transfer coefficient.
- Tubes
- 3/8" (thickness 0,35 mm) copper tubes designed as crosswise, geometry 32x28 manufuctured as staggared.
- Fins
- Fins has been manufuctured corrgated 0,12 mm aluminium. Lamellar spacings are produced between 1.8 - 4 mm.
- Casing
- Supporting structure is made of galvanized sheet. Electrostatically powder coated. Color standart RAL 9010 Case and RAL 7035 covers that provides excelent corrosion protection. The KB series of condensers take the air suction from the holes in the covers and pass through the part where the compressor group is located. The KBS series condensers work by venting through the holes in the middle of the cabin and passing directly through the condenser without passing through the part where the compressor group is located. In addition, the KBS series condensers have a tundish on the bottom of the batteries.
- Test
- All coils are tested with perssurized 24 - 28 bars, coils are provited with 3 bars nitrogen loaded in.
- Fans
- Cabin condensers provided without fans. The special orders produced with Ø500 - Ø630 mm diameter fans
