- DENZ B12 Butterfly Valve Series 20 design ensures maintenance-free operation over time. Low weight and compact construction. The centered disc configuration allows complete sealing in both flow directions, as well as being hydrodynamic; thus reducing load losses and thus energy consumption. The absence of internal projections prevents turbulence in the valve body and allows a cleaning effect. The elastomer prevents deformation, the possibility of working under vacuum conditions and allows sealing without the need for a gasket. The double flange design allows installation at the end of the line.

The absence of internal projections prevents turbulence in the valve body and allows a cleaning effect. The elastomer prevents deformation, the possibility of working under vacuum conditions and allows sealing without the need for a gasket. • ENGJS500-7 Ductile iron body and
bonnet for high strength and impact resistance.
• In order to prevent corrosion, the valve body is
completely covered with rubber inside, preventing fluid
from coming in contact with it.
• One-piece stainless steel stem sealed with an o-ring does not allows the contact with fluid.
• It is not necessary to use joints when mounting between two flanges.
• As a default, the sealing ring on the disc is EPDM. Various options are available, including NBR and VITON.
• Coatings that meet WRAS hygienic standards are available upon request.
• Drop-tight closure. • AISI420 stainless steel spindle for high strength and corrosion resistance
• 100% of the valves are subjected to Hydrostatic tests according to EN 12266-1. Pressure for seat: PN x 1.1 , for shell: PN x 1.5
