Dismantling Joint

DENZ D11 Dismantling Joint’s are double-flanged fitting that can be adjusted longitudinally in flanged pipe systems. In addition to providing a simple method for installing and removing flanged valves, Dismantling Joints are also suitable for subsequent maintenance. Water treatment, sewage treatment, power generation, and pumping stations are among the most common applications. Harnessing is accommodated within the bolt circle, eliminating other complex anchoring systems and reducing space requirements. D11 Light type Dismantling Joints comes with less tie rods, which will require additional Rods at the installation site. The dismantling joints make up for the pipe’s axial displacement during installation and removal.

• Designed with three flanges, the center flange compresses the

seal through the rods. The flanges are connected by tightening

rods.

• Half Studs, therefore lighter and more economic choice for the

pipelines.

• Allows to maintain isolation valves, control valves, check valves,

flow meters, pump sets, pressure reducing valves, flanged pipes

and fittings etc.

• For applications where a full-face flange is required, i.e. wafer

and butterfly valves, the flange of the spigot piece provides a full

flange sealing area.

• Suitable for both standard and non-standard applications.

• Simple installation, requires only a spanner and torque wrench

to fasten the stainless steel or high tensile galvanized steel tie

bars.

• The combination of a flange adaptor, a flanged spigot, and half tie bars in an integrated assembly

provides adjustability.

• Axial Displacement: +- 40mm

• Due to the typical longitudinal adjustability of 40 mm, it is simple to install and remove and

provides ideal support during the installation and removal of valves.

• Simple and practical valve installation makes for an easy installation process.

• As studs separate from the tie rods compress the gasket, smaller diameter connecting bolts can

be used, making it easier for workers to work on the installation.

• The carbon steel body is highly durable against the strong stress that may occur in the pipelines.

• Optionally in full stainless steel for mainly sea-water applications

• On request, larger nominal sizes, greater pressure ratings, and unusual construction lengths are

also available.

• Any connection flange standards are applicable on request
