Ç-FWA Roof Type Axial Fan is manufactured from high quality corrosion resistant galvanized steel between Ø400 mm and Ø1250 mm diameters. Single-cycle or double-speed manufacturing is possible upon request. At the points where the sound level is sensitive, the sound level can be controlled by adding a silencer. It is widely used in industrial and construction applications, factories, kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, swimming pools, gyms, warehouses, hospitals, hoods, offices, laboratories, shopping malls, restaurants, theaters, work areas and space ventilation.

Roof fans are used in conjunction with the air duct or directly on the extractor fan. In roof fans, the fan blade is mounted directly on the motor shaft. In this way, the motion energy produced in the electric motor is transmitted to the propeller without loss. The propeller used is of adjustable angle and is produced from special alloy aluminum material. Roof fans are used for ambient ventilation in production facilities, workshops, offices, houses, residences and warehouses. Thanks to its F400 certified resistance class, it can also be used as a smoke exhaust fan in car parks. It can be mounted directly on the roof as well as on the duct.

It can be used as a suction or exhaust fan in the project upon request. Thanks to the F400 certificate obtained from international accredited organizations, there is an option to be used for exhausting the smoke that arises in the event of a fire.

Ç-FWA Roof Type Axial Fan

Roof type axial fans are designed for industrial ventilation systems where continuous operation is required. Thanks to the tests carried out in international accredited institutions, it is resistant to working at 400°C for 2 hours. In this way, it can be used as a smoke exhaust fan in parking lot ventilation systems, if desired. Roof type axial fans, which can be mounted directly on any roof, are preferred due to their easy installation.

Roof fans are produced using galvanized sheet. The fan impeller is of adjustable angle type, and an axial propeller made of special alloy aluminum material is used. Electric motors work with 380 volts. IP55 class protection is available. F400 certified motor is used in models used as smoke exhaust fans. And other equipment is changed in accordance with this class.

Ç-FWA Roof Type Axial Fan Technical Specifications

Ç-FWA series roof type axial fans are suitable for roof mounting for ventilation systems where high air flow is required. Their compact structure can be mounted directly on the roof floor. Ç-FWA axial fans can be used in smoke exhaust applications as well as fresh air and exhaust ventilation needs. It offers a working range of 4000 m³/h – 140.000 m³/h at different pressure ranges with its wide model option. It is manufactured between Ø400 and Ø1250 diameters.

The body is made of high quality galvanized steel resistant to corrosion. The propellers used are made of special alloy aluminum and the blade angles are adjustable. It is manufactured as standard (380 V -50 Hz) or for use in other voltages and frequencies upon request. Class F, S1, IP55 single speed or double speed motors are used. In addition to the normal engine option, Ex-proof and smoke exhaust (F300/2h, F400/2h) options are available. An optional silencer can be added to reduce the sound level. It is preferred in all kinds of industries, offices, shopping malls, hospitals, factories, parking lots and residential ventilation in terms of usage areas.
