Working environments with clean and breathable air are constant essential needs of the workplaces. The ideal solution for the protection of such working spaces can be guaranteed with a point vacuum system.
UAS® Automatic Cleaning Mobile U-TEX Filter Units work according to the superficial filtering principle.
U-TEX Cartridge Filters are covered with a special PTFE material and the dust is separated before entering the filter. Cartridge filter cleaning is done automatically with compressed air. Compressed air is blown homogeneously through the blowers through the filter. Dusts accumulated on the outer surface of the filter are poured outwards and collected in the container. The compressed air tank is inside the unit and its connection to the external compressor is available on the device.
On / Off switch in the Welding Fume Extraction and Filtering Unit, warning light indicating that the unit is working as well as warning light indicating that the filter is dirty, 5 metre main input cable and cable carrier are standard. The unit removes the polluted air it absorbs by 99.9% and sends it back to the environment.
Optionally, it can contain an activated carbon filter. The purpose of the use of activated carbon filter is related specifically to absorbing harmful gas and odour to protect human health.
1 or 2 Acrobat Exhaust Arms can be connected to the unit.
UAS® ACROBAT EXHAUST ARMS
consists of a self-supporting 360° rotatable UAS® FORTE PU-L ANTISTATIC AND NON-FLAMMABLE POLYURETHANE HOSE and a 360 ° rotatable air-damping hood.
It can be brought to any position and remain without additional support.
The 360 ° rotatable hood is designed to completely meet point vacuum conditions by blocking welding fumes. UAS® hoods are 40% more efficient compared to ordinary hoods. In addition to standard Thermoplastic UAS® hoods, it could also be optionally manufactured with stainless steel, galvanized steel, painted steel.
UAS® AKROBAT EXHAUST ARMS lighting set and fan motor on/off remote control are optional.
UAS® Acrobat arms can also be used separately, without being attached to the filter units.
