UAS® ELIMINATOR with Mechanical Filter is designed by ÜNVEREN Inc. for the purpose of cleaning the dirty air in industrial environments. UAS® Mechanical Filter sets are ideal units for filtering exhaust gas, welding fumes, and similar toxic gases and dusts in working areas. With the 5-stage UAS® Mechanical Filter set, it cleans particles, bacteria and viruses that can be suspended in the air with 99.9% efficiency.

UAS® ELIMINATOR with mechanical filter absorbs oil vapor, welding fumes, dust, bacteria, viruses and similar harmful substances in the working environment, absorbing them by 99,9%. It releases the clean air back to the environment. No heat loss occurs and high amount of energy is saved.
The mechanical filters in UAS® ELIMINATOR with mechanical filters can be easily removed, cleaned manually with compressed air and reused until it loses its filtering feature. When the Mechanical Filters lose their filtering feature, the warning light turns on and the filters are replaced with new ones.

Operating Principle:
The filtration unit cleans the air at a rate of 99,9% in 4-stages with the order HEPA filter, PU Filter, Fibre Filter and finally Activated Carbon Filter. Finally, the air is completely cleaned by irradiation in the UV ray room and returns to the working environment.
CAUTION: UV-C rays must not come into direct contact with the human body. Do not perform filter maintenance without stopping the unit.
