Exhaust Gas Extraction System

-UAS® aluminium rail channel is offered as a complete set with rail trolley, fan inlet cover, fan hanger console, end of channel closure adapter, hanger hoops, hanger legs and neoprene cheek gaskets.

-UAS® aluminium rail channels can be mounted on the wall, ceiling and beam.

-UAS® aluminium rail channels are suitable for the absorption of gas between 90 ºC and 650 ºC.

-UAS® exhaust reels and UAS® Balancer can be connected to UAS® aluminium rail channels.

-UAS® acrobat exhaust arms can be connected to UAS® aluminium rail channels.

-Exhaust hoses connected to the UAS® rail channel cart can be moved easily by sliding horizontally along the rail channel.

-Can be used even where UAS® fixed exhaust reels cannot be mounted.

Aluminum Rail Channel

Ünveren Production Aluminum rail channels, standard 3mt. In lengths. Made of very strong aluminum, the rails carrying the aluminum channel car are supported with a special aluminum profile.

Magnetic Nozzle

Designed by Ünveren A.Ş, made of steel, Ral 1003 oven painted are extremely practical exhaust nozzles to use. It is produced to easily absorb 50% of the mix air together. With its magnetic feature, it clings to the exhaust pipe.

TPV and Silicone Coated Magnetic Nozzle
