Ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms are designed by Ünveren Air Systems to offer effective solutions for systematically cleaning the air in explosive and flammable working spaces.
Ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms are well suited for industries that have hygiene standards as a top priority.
Ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms are suitable for the use within zone 1/21, 2/22 according to ATEX-operational Directive 1999/92/EC.
It does not carry an EX mark as it is not covered by the 2014/34/EU Directive.
Ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms meet all requirements for use in environments that require explosive dusts and gases.
The support frame of the ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms are covered with copper-plated steel wire, black coloured anti-static and flame-proof UAS® Forte hoses that prevent static electricity and sparks.
UAS® Forte hoses have copper coated coil wire for grounding.
In addition, the hose wall is manufactured in the Ünveren Inc. production facility with antistatic wear-resistant polyurethane raw material.
The suction hoses of the ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms are made of wear-resistant transparent polyurethane.
It is antibacterial and odourless. It is suitable for the food industry.
Suction hoses are copper-coated spiral wire for grounding.
It is manufactured in Ünveren A.Ş production facilities.
Superior features of Ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms
It is jointed from the outside. This allows the pressure loss in the suction hose to be kept at a minimum level.
The carrier carcass, which consists of a self-supporting mechanism inside, can move horizontally at the point where it is attached to the wall console.
It can be moved to any position and remain in that position without any additional support.
The carrier frame is situated within the abrasion resistant, copper coated steel wire black coloured UAS® FORTE hose.
Grounding can be done with a copper-coated wire.
The suction hose is highly resistant to abrasion and tearing.
It is produced with transparent polyurethane, which is antistatic and flameproof.
It is odourless and antibacterial. Grounding can be done with a copper-coated wire.
The hoods of the ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms are made of stainless steel.
They contain air adjustment damper. They are hygienic. They are acid resistant.
Ex-proof UAS® Acrobat arms are offered for sale as a complete set with wall connection console and stainless-steel hood.
