Motor Driven Standart Exhaust Reels with Fan/or without Fan
–UAS® ALLEGRO hoses are used in the mechanical coil models of the roller exhaust gas evacuation systems.
–UAS® RAPSODI high temperature hoses are used in the motor wrap models of UAS® Reel exhaust gas evacuation systems.
– Reels are used to roll up the suction hoses and to open and extend them when needed.
–UAS® Reel exhaust gas evacuation systems are engine driven or spring driven by human power.
They can be requested with or without a fan.
They can be mounted on ceilings, walls, UAS® Rail Channel systems and UAS® Movable Arms.
-UAS® Battal size reels should be used for large diameter hoses.
–UAS® Roller exhaust gas evacuation systems are RAL 1003 oven painted.
-All its components are made of high-carbon, high-quality solid steel.
– They can be used with different UAS® Hoses in different applications (welding fume, light dust collection, odor evacuation, polishing and chipping works, acid vapor evacuation, etc.) other than exhaust gas.
-Acid resistant fan or Ex-Proof fan motor models are possible.
It is used as shown in the user manual and does not require maintenance.
–UAS® Reel exhaust gas evacuation systems are offered with UAS® hoses and nozzles suitable for world markets.
