Product Description
UAS® ELIMINATOR with U-TEX Filter is designed by ÜNVEREN Inc. for the purpose of cleaning the dirty air in industrial environments. UAS® Mechanical Filter sets are ideal units for filtering exhaust gas, welding fumes, and similar toxic gases and dusts in working areas. UAS® U-TEX Filter set, it cleans particles, bacteria and viruses that can be suspended in the air with 99.9% efficiency.

UAS® ELIMINATOR with U-TEX filter captures metal dust, shavings and burrs that may enter with the dirty air with the help of the magnetic grids at the dirty air inlet points. The magnetic grids can be easily removed and cleaned.

UAS® ELIMINATOR with U-TEX filter absorbs oil vapor, welding fumes, dust, bacteria, viruses and similar harmful substances in the working environment, absorbing them by 99,9%. It releases the clean air back to the environment. No heat loss occurs and high amount of energy is saved.
Cartridge filters in UAS® ELIMINATOR Units with U-TEX filters can be easily removed when it loses its filtering feature, cleaned manually with compressed air and can be reused. When the cartridge filters lose their filtering feature, the warning light turns on and the filters are replaced with new ones.

Operating Principle:
The dirty air sucked from the working environment of the unit is first cleaned at a rate of 99.9% in the UAS® U-TEX Cartridge Filter set. Then, it is completely cleaned by irradiation in the UV-C ray chamber and returns to the working environment.
