Particles that reach the lung alveus can spread through the blood circulation system, accumulate in any part of the body, and depending on the chemical nature of the particles, they can cause cancer. The only way to protect yourself and your employees against such serious diseases is to absorb and filter even the finest particles.
UAS® TOWER ELIMINATOR absorbs oil vapor, welding fumes, dust, bacteria, viruses and similar harmful substances in the working environment, absorbing them by 99,9%. It releases the clean air back to the environment. No heat loss occurs and high amount of energy is saved.
The UAS® Separators in the UAS® TOWER ELIMINATOR can be easily removed and cleaned with pressurized air or hot water, used repeatedly and do not need to be replaced. The 4-stage mechanical filters can be easily removed until they lose their filtering feature, cleaned manually with compressed air, and used again. When the 4-stage mechanical filters lose their filtering feature, the warning light turns on and the filters are replaced with new ones.

Operating Principle:
The dirty air sucked by the unit first comes to the UAS® Separators where aerosol, oil vapor and other toxic materials are mechanically separated with high efficiency. The oil vapor in the dirty air is condensed and sent to the collection container. Afterwards, the particles in the polluted air reaching the 4-stage mechanical filter set consisting of HEPA filter PU filter, Fibre Filter, activated carbon filters are cleaned at a rate of 99.9%. Finally, the clean air reaching the UV ray room is finally exposed to UV rays and possible viruses and bacteria that may remain. It reaches the perfect clean air quality by purifying and returns to the working environment.
